Matt Ladhoff
Interns for Impact

I am lifelong learner who loves connecting with others and applying business acumen towards impact-oriented solutions. I earned my MBA from the University of Minnesota, where I currently serve as an adjunct faculty member and am part of the Humphrey Policy Program. I lead business development at Ecotone Analytics, a public benefit corp as well as serve as the Managing Partner at Access Philanthropy. I previously led Career Programs at Wallin Education Partners, a Twin Cities based education equity nonprofit. Additionally, I worked at 3M for six years, working in corporate social responsibility as well as strategic sourcing, while leading 3M's New Employee Opportunity Network (NEON). Above all, I am an optimist and a life enthusiast. I was a member of Leadership St Paul’s Class of 2018, have served on the Board of the Twin Cities Net Impact Chapter and currently serve on the Twin Cities Spartan Alumni Board.
